Use of the room: Sketching, reading

Location: left+middle+upstairs; accesible from three sides

Roof:

- Glass (with a coolant film) rather than concrete.

- Glass to be sloping towards the backside, so that the water will run off into a conservation pit for rainwater harvesting

Lighting:

- Floor lights, spot lights from ledges between the glass roofs

Have Airconditioning

Remove: The large stone behind the chairs

Replace:

- Instead of the stones, have benches with cushions on top and that doubles up as a bookcase underneath

- The two chairs + table to be replaced with armchairs, upholsertered sofas (loveseat, single-seater)
